Original Honda part numbers this kit replaces
The following original Honda references identify the two different fork-yoke pinch-bolt positions on the CBR600RR 2009–2012:
- 90140-MEE-D00 – original Honda 8 × 40 mm flange bolt used at the upper (top) fork yoke; 2x corresponding A2 (304) stainless steel replacement bolts supplied in this kit.
- 90134-MEE-D00 – original Honda 8 × 42 mm shoulder bolt used at the lower (bottom) fork yoke; 4x corresponding A2 (304) stainless steel replacement bolts supplied in this kit.
Honda parts-diagram quantity: The original handlebar/top-bridge diagram lists four of 90140-MEE-D00 across the wider assembly, which includes other clamping positions. That does not mean this kit supplies four upper-yoke bolts. This retail kit contains 2 upper-yoke and 4 lower-yoke bolts, 6 bolts in total. The references identify original Honda positions; the supplied fasteners are aftermarket, not genuine Honda parts. For these steering-critical mountings, confirm each replacement fastener’s suitability and follow Honda’s workshop instructions for fitting and torque.
Model-specific aftermarket replacements
The bolts are selected for the stated CBR600RR upper- and lower-yoke fixing positions. They are aftermarket replacements, not genuine Honda components.
Material and replacement advice
The supplied bolts are made from A2 (304) stainless steel. Inspect the yokes, clamp faces and threads if a bolt is corroded, rounded, damaged or missing. A replacement bolt cannot repair a cracked yoke, damaged fork leg or stripped thread.
Model-specific OEM replacements: Biker Bling selects the supplied replacement fasteners and fittings for the upper and lower steering-yoke fork-clamping positions on the Honda CBR600RR 2009–2012, rather than supplying a generic assortment. The critical fitting dimensions match the original Honda fixings for those intended positions. These are aftermarket replacements, not genuine Honda-branded components.
Fitting the fork yokes
These bolts secure the fork legs within the steering yokes. Follow Honda’s workshop procedure for fork position, alignment, tightening sequence and torque; do not guess a setting or use a bolt to pull a misaligned fork into place. After fitting, check steering movement and control clearance. If a yoke, fork leg or thread is damaged, have it inspected before riding.
