Important fitment notes
- For Triumph Adventurer 900 1999–2001 with the matching original front fork and spindle clamp arrangement.
- Check the exact motorcycle and original components before fitting. Modified or replacement assemblies may require different hardware.
- The front axle, axle retaining hardware, wheel, fork assemblies, yoke bolts and brake calliper mounting bolts are not included.
- Photographs illustrate the hardware and fitting positions. The contents table defines the supplied quantities.
Model-specific aftermarket replacements
Biker Bling selects the supplied replacements for the listed original fixing positions. These are aftermarket parts, not genuine Triumph-branded components. The PFKL codes are reproduced from the listing drawing and contents list as fixing references; they are not Biker Bling product codes.
Materials and head style: The supplied bolts are stainless steel. Their head appearance may differ from Triumph’s originals. The material name alone does not establish equivalent mechanical strength.
When should you replace these fixings?
- Corroded or damaged heads: Inspect the bolts during front wheel servicing.
- Worn threads or missing fixings: Check the bolts and fork clamp threads before reassembly.
- Wheel or fork maintenance: Inspect the axle holders and fixing positions whenever the assembly is disturbed.
New bolts cannot repair cracked axle holders, damaged fork threads or an incorrectly seated spindle. Those faults require appropriate inspection and repair.
Fitting information
Front wheel installation affects steering and braking. Support the motorcycle securely and follow Triumph’s exact procedure for spindle seating, wheel alignment, tightening order and torque. Use the required fastener specification and thread condition. Apply anti-seize or other compounds only where specified. Confirm secure assembly, correct wheel rotation and normal front brake operation before riding. If the clamp, threads or alignment are uncertain, have a qualified motorcycle technician inspect the assembly.
For general guidance, read our motorcycle bolt strength grades guide. Triumph’s workshop procedure takes precedence.
Customer questions
Are these the top and bottom yoke bolts?
No. This kit supplies 2x lower-fork front axle pinch bolts and 1x anti-seize compound pack (7 g). Steering-yoke bolts are a separate kit.
What tightening sequence should I use?
Follow Triumph’s workshop procedure for the exact fork and front axle arrangement. Do not substitute a universal tightening pattern or guessed torque value.
