Top and Bottom Yoke Pinch Bolt Kit for Triumph Adventurer 900
6x stainless steel replacement fork-clamping bolts for the original top and bottom steering yokes on the Triumph Adventurer 900 1999–2001. The kit supplies 2x bolts for the upper yoke and 4x for the lower yoke. These are yoke pinch bolts, also described as triple-clamp bolts.
What you receive
- 2x stainless steel top-yoke pinch bolts.
- 4x stainless steel bottom-yoke pinch bolts.
- 1x Biker Bling anti-seize compound pack (7 g).
| Fitting position / component | Supplied quantity | Original fixing / drawing reference |
|---|---|---|
| Top yoke / upper fork bridge | 2x | PFKL2029773 |
| Bottom yoke / lower fork bridge | 4x | PFKL2029773 |
That is 6x replacement bolts in total, plus the anti-seize pack.
Important fitment notes
- For Triumph Adventurer 900 1999–2001 with the matching original upper and lower steering yokes.
- Check the exact motorcycle and original components before fitting. Modified or replacement assemblies may require different hardware.
- Yokes, forks, handlebars, handlebar mounting bolts, steering-stem nuts and front axle pinch bolts are not included.
- Photographs illustrate the hardware and fitting positions. The contents table defines the supplied quantities.
Model-specific aftermarket replacements
Biker Bling selects the supplied replacements for the listed original fixing positions. These are aftermarket parts, not genuine Triumph-branded components. The PFKL codes are reproduced from the listing drawing and contents list as fixing references; they are not Biker Bling product codes.
Materials and head style: The supplied bolts are stainless steel. Their head appearance may differ from Triumph’s originals. The material name alone does not establish equivalent mechanical strength.
When should you replace these fixings?
- Corroded or rounded heads: Damaged recesses can make correct removal and tightening difficult.
- Damaged threads or missing bolts: Inspect both the fixings and yoke threads before reassembly.
- During fork servicing: Check the bolts and clamping points whenever the forks are removed.
Replacement bolts cannot repair cracked yokes, stripped clamp threads or incorrectly seated fork legs. Inspect a loose or damaged assembly before fitting new hardware.
Fitting information
These bolts secure the fork legs within the steering yokes. Follow Triumph’s workshop procedure for the required fastener specification, fork position, tightening order and torque at each yoke. Do not assume upper and lower positions use the same tightening procedure. Start the correct bolts by hand and do not use them to pull a misaligned assembly into place. Use thread treatments only where specified; the included anti-seize pack is not an instruction to lubricate every fixing. Before riding, confirm fork and wheel alignment and free steering movement without cables or hoses snagging. Have uncertain or damaged mountings checked by a qualified motorcycle technician.
For general guidance, read our motorcycle bolt strength grades guide. Triumph’s workshop procedure takes precedence.
Customer questions
Does this kit include the front axle pinch bolts?
No. It contains 2x top-yoke bolts and 4x bottom-yoke bolts, plus the anti-seize pack (7 g). Axle pinch bolts are a separate kit.
Does stainless steel establish the correct bolt strength?
No. Material alone does not establish mechanical-strength equivalence. Follow Triumph’s required fastener specification and assembly procedure for these fork-clamping positions.
