Honda CBR900RR / CBR919RR SC33 fairing fastener kit (1996–1999)

Stainless steel replacement bolts and washers for the labelled bodywork fixing positions on the Honda CBR900RR / CBR919RR SC33. The hardware is bagged and labelled by fitting area. Confirm the motorcycle year when ordering because the kit differs between model years.

Model-year kit contents

• 1996–1997: 55-piece kit for the mirrors and mirror nuts, nose cone, front and rear side fairings, front mudguard and rear chain guard. Stainless steel washers are included.
• 1998–1999: 70-piece kit for the mirrors and mirror nuts, windscreen, nose cone, front and rear side fairings, front mudguard and rear chain guard. Stainless steel washers are included.
• 8x 1/4-turn front fairing fasteners are not included.
• 1x Biker Bling anti-seize compound pack (7 g).

These are aftermarket replacements, not genuine Honda parts. The replacement bolt profiles follow the current model-specific kit allocation. Use each fastener at its intended fitting position. Supplied quantities and fitting positions follow the corresponding model-year parts information; use the labelled bags and check each location before fitting.

Fit one fastener at a time and support the fairing while working. Start each fastener by hand, make sure panels and washers sit correctly, and tighten only enough to secure the bodywork. Do not force a mismatched thread or use anti-seize on brake or other safety-critical fasteners.
