Windscreen fixing kit for Honda CBR900RR / CBR919RR SC33

What you receive

• 1996–1997: 4x windscreen bolts, 4x rubber well nuts, 4x stainless steel washers and 4x nylon washers.
• 1998–1999: 6x windscreen bolts, 6x rubber well nuts, 6x stainless steel washers and 6x nylon washers.
• 1x Biker Bling anti-seize compound pack (7 g)

Original Honda references

• 90109-SB6-000 – windscreen screw.
• 90111-KW3-003 – cowl-setting nut.
• 64205-166-610 – screen-setting washer.

The quantities follow the Honda upper-cowl fiche for the listed year groups. The large pan-head replacement bolts have a 12 mm head diameter; that measurement is the head size, not the thread diameter. These are aftermarket replacement fixings, not genuine Honda parts.

Fitting guidance

Check the screen, fairing and mounting holes for cracks or damage before fitting. Align the screen and fairing without forcing the fixings, and tighten evenly without overtightening or stressing the plastic. Follow the Honda workshop manual and the screen maker’s instructions. Use anti-seize sparingly only where suitable.
