Brake Banjo Copper Sealing Washer Kit (12x) for Honda CB500F

This model-specific kit supplies 12x copper sealing washers for matching original brake-hose banjo connections on the Honda CB500F 2019–2021. These copper crush washers seal the mating faces of hydraulic banjo fittings; they are not ordinary flat washers.

Important fitment notes

• For Honda CB500F model years 2019, 2020 and 2021 with the original matching brake-hose arrangement.
• The original ABS banjo layout uses twelve washers across six connections. For a non-ABS or modified hose layout, confirm the original references and complete fitting arrangement before ordering. This is a washer-only kit; banjo bolts are not supplied.
• Aftermarket braided hoses or changed hydraulic components may require different hardware. Check the hose and component manufacturers’ specifications.
• Brake hoses, master cylinders, callipers, ABS units and other hydraulic components are not supplied.
• These are aftermarket replacement parts, not genuine Honda-branded components.

Model-specific replacement hardware

The Honda references identify the original hardware replaced at the stated positions, not Biker Bling product codes. Match the complete hose fitting, original reference and sealing arrangement. A shared motorcycle model or apparently matching thread does not establish suitability for every hydraulic fitting.

When should you replace banjo hardware?

• A connection has been opened: Renew the specified sealing washers during reassembly.
• Damaged hardware: Inspect the bolt, washer, hose fitting and mating surfaces.
• A leaking joint: Find and correct the cause rather than relying on additional tightening.

New hardware cannot repair a damaged hose fitting, cracked component or damaged sealing face.

Fitting information

Follow Honda’s workshop procedure for the exact connection, including washer placement, tightening, thread condition, hydraulic fluid and bleeding. Keep open connections clean and protect paintwork and friction surfaces from fluid spills. The anti-seize pack is not an instruction to lubricate hydraulic bolts or sealing washers. Check every disturbed joint for leaks and confirm correct brake operation before riding. Have uncertain hydraulic work completed or checked by a qualified motorcycle technician.
