Front spindle pinch bolts for Honda CBR600RR
These 4x bolts secure the front wheel spindle clamps at the bottom of the fork legs on the Honda CBR600RR 2003–2006. They are not the spindle itself, the yoke pinch bolts, brake-caliper mounting bolts or brake-disc bolts.
What you receive
- 4x A2 (304) stainless steel front spindle pinch bolts – 2x per fork leg.
- 1x Biker Bling anti-seize compound pack (7 g).
The front wheel, spindle and fork legs are not included. Photographs are illustrative and may not show the exact pack quantity.
Original Honda fixing references
| Fitting position / component | Supplied quantity | Original Honda fixing reference |
|---|---|---|

These numbers identify the original Honda fixing positions, not Biker Bling product codes. The supplied kit contains aftermarket replacements, not genuine Honda parts. Year-specific references describe alternatives for their stated years, not additional supplied parts.
Model-specific aftermarket replacements: This kit is selected for the original CBR600RR front axle-holder clamps. It is an aftermarket replacement kit, not genuine Honda hardware.
Head style and materials: All four replacement bolts are A2 (304) stainless steel. Stainless steel describes their material; it does not by itself prove equivalence to the original bolts’ mechanical strength.
When should you replace front spindle pinch bolts?
- Corroded or rounded heads: Replace damaged hardware that is difficult to remove or refit.
- Damaged threads or missing bolts: Missing bolts must be replaced with the correct specification. If the bolt or fork-leg threads are damaged, the mounting needs proper inspection rather than simply fitting a replacement bolt.
- During wheel or fork service: Check the bolts and clamp threads whenever the front wheel or forks have been removed.
New bolts cannot repair damaged fork threads, a cracked axle holder or a bent component.
Model-specific OEM replacements: Biker Bling selects the supplied replacement fasteners and fittings for the front axle pinch positions on the fork legs on the Honda CBR600RR 2003–2006, rather than supplying a generic assortment. The critical fitting dimensions match the original Honda fixings for those intended positions. These are aftermarket replacements, not genuine Honda-branded components.
Fitting the front spindle pinch bolts
Important: Front spindle pinch bolts are safety-critical. Confirm the replacement fastener is suitable for this application, support the motorcycle securely and follow Honda’s workshop sequence for spindle installation, wheel alignment and tightening the axle-holder bolts. Use the manufacturer’s specifications for the fastener and thread condition; do not guess a torque value. Our stainless steel bolt fitting guide and bolt strength guide offer general background only.
Before riding, check the front wheel and forks are correctly aligned and secure, then make sure the brake operates normally. If a bolt binds, the threads are damaged or alignment is uncertain, stop and seek qualified help.
Customer questions
Is the front spindle included?
No. These are the axle holder pinch bolts; the spindle, wheel and fork assemblies are not supplied.
Where should I use the anti-seize compound?
Use it only where the relevant motorcycle or component instructions specify a suitable thread treatment. Inclusion of the pack is not an instruction to lubricate every fixing.
