Copper brake-line banjo sealing washers
This is a pack of copper washers for compatible hydraulic brake-line banjo connections on the Honda CBR900RR (893) SC28 1992–1995. No banjo bolts are supplied. Check the exact arrangement at the front and rear brake connections rather than assuming all variants use identical hydraulic hardware.
What you receive
- 10x copper brake banjo sealing washers.
- 1x Biker Bling anti-seize compound pack (7 g)
No stainless steel fasteners, banjo bolts, brake hoses, callipers or master cylinders are included.
Photographs: Product images may show representative fasteners or fittings rather than every item supplied; the written quantities above define the pack.
Original Honda part numbers this kit replaces
- 90545-300-000 – original Honda oil-bolt sealing washer reference in the SC28 brake parts catalogues, including the original front master-cylinder circuit.
Model-specific aftermarket parts and head style: These are aftermarket copper sealing washers, not stainless steel components. The OEM number refers to the original Honda washer, not a claim of genuine Honda branding. A pack of ten washers should not by itself be taken as proof that every possible modified brake-hose arrangement is covered.
When should you replace banjo sealing washers?
- After disturbing a hydraulic joint: Use fresh sealing washers when required by Honda’s specified brake-line service procedure.
- Signs of brake-fluid seepage: Inspect the banjo bolt, washers, hose eye and both seating faces. Replacing a washer may not correct a damaged joint.
- Deformed or marked washers: A washer that is flattened unevenly, scored or corroded may not seal correctly.
Washers cannot repair cracked hydraulic ports, stripped threads, damaged brake hoses or distorted union faces.
Model-specific OEM replacements: Biker Bling selects these copper sealing washers for the original brake-hose banjo sealing positions on the Honda CBR900RR (893) SC28 1992–1995, rather than supplying a generic washer assortment. They are aftermarket replacements, not genuine Honda components.
Fitting copper washers at brake-line connections
Important: Brake hydraulics are safety-critical. Confirm each fitting’s required washer type and placement, use the matching original banjo bolt specification, and follow Honda’s workshop procedure for tightening and bleeding. Do not add extra washers or guess torque settings. Our guide to motorcycle banjo bolts and copper washers explains general sealing principles but does not replace Honda’s instructions.
Before riding: Once assembled and bled as required, inspect for leaks and confirm the brake lever and pedal give a normal firm response. Do not ride with fluid seepage, a spongy brake or uncertain fitting suitability.
