Rear drive-chain adjuster bolts for Honda CBR600RR
Replace the chain-adjuster bolts and matching locknuts on both sides of the swingarm of the Honda CBR600RR 2013–2017. These are chain-adjustment fasteners only; they do not replace the rear axle spindle or axle nut.
What you receive
- 2x A2 (304) stainless steel rear chain-adjuster bolts – one each side.
- 2x matching chain-adjuster nuts – one each side.
- 1x Biker Bling anti-seize compound pack (7 g)
Total: 4x fastener components. Wheel spindle, axle nut and adjuster blocks are not included.
Original Honda part references
- 90106-MCF-D00 – original Honda chain-adjuster bolt, 2x in the swingarm parts diagrams.
- 90309-357-000 – original Honda chain-adjuster nut, 2x in the same diagrams.
These are original Honda OEM references, not Biker Bling product codes. The supplied bolts and nuts are aftermarket components selected for these adjuster positions.
Model-specific aftermarket replacements: The two adjustment bolts and their two matching nuts are selected for the chain-adjustment positions at the ends of the original CBR600RR swingarm. They are not the rear axle bolt, axle nut, wheel-alignment blocks or chain guide. Honda references identify original components, not Biker Bling SKUs.
Head style and materials: The supplied adjuster bolts are A2 (304) stainless steel, with matching replacement nuts. Their visible head shape may differ from the Honda originals. Stainless steel does not make the threads immune to seizure, so keep both adjusters clean and service them as the manufacturer directs.
Photographs: Product pictures may show an example of the hardware. The supplied pack contains 2x bolts and 2x nuts, one pair per side.
When should you replace the chain adjuster bolts and nuts?
- Corrosion or seized adjusters: Exposed threads can collect moisture and dirt, making adjustment difficult.
- Rounded heads or worn threads: Damaged hardware may prevent accurate adjustment or a locknut from holding its setting.
- During chain or rear-wheel maintenance: Inspect both sides if one adjuster becomes stiff, uneven or difficult to reset.
New adjuster hardware cannot repair damaged swingarm threads, a bent adjuster block or an incorrectly fitted rear axle.
Model-specific OEM replacements: Biker Bling selects the supplied replacement fasteners and fittings for the rear-wheel chain adjuster positions on the Honda CBR600RR 2013–2017, rather than supplying a generic assortment. The critical fitting dimensions match the original Honda fixings for those intended positions. These are aftermarket replacements, not genuine Honda-branded components.
Fitting and adjusting the rear drive chain
Clean and inspect the original adjustment points, then fit the replacement parts in the correct left and right positions. Follow the Honda workshop manual for rear axle release and tightening, chain slack measurement, wheel alignment and locknut adjustment. Do not use chain adjusters as a substitute for the axle’s clamping force or guess adjustment specifications.
Our guide to protecting aluminium mounting threads and stainless steel motorcycle bolt fitting guide discuss thread care; follow Honda’s specific requirements first.
Before riding: Recheck the chain slack at the positions specified by Honda, rear-wheel alignment, tight axle and both adjuster locknuts. If the threads bind, the axle cannot be secured or alignment remains uncertain, stop and have the rear wheel assembly checked professionally.
